2015 03 21 1729A huge congratulations to all of the winners of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat 2021 Award of Excellence. EBSA was absolutely thrilled to have been involved with three of the winning projects;

# 1 Bligh St
10 Year Award of Excellence 2021- Winner

Congratulations to Architectus, Ingenhoven Architects Dexus, Cbus property, Arup and everyone else involved with this project.

This outstanding, highly sustainable office tower has achieved a 5 Star NABERS Energy Rating, 6 Star Green Star Office Design v2, Office As-Built v2 Certified Ratings from the Green Building Council of Australia and was the winner of the Best Tall Building Asia and Australasia 2012

EBSA are extremely proud to have our Schneider Louvres feature prominently throughout this façade. The project consists of large-format louvres on the ground floor and in between the 1st floor and the roof, spanning nearly every level of the building, are our Schneider G12 BS (Bligh Street) frameless glass louvres; connected to the BMS and Fire System via our D+H Mechatronic smoke control panels.

# Arc by Crown Group
Best Tall Building under 100metres 2021 Award of Excellence

Congratulations to Crown Group, Koichi Takada Architects, Hutchinson Builders and everyone involved with this project.

EBSA supplied and installed the CPS-M control panel and CDC020 awning actuators. Digital, high performance and cost-effective: The fully modular CPS-M smoke vent control panel unifies the most important requirements for modern smoke extraction systems. It vastly increases building safety standards thanks to intelligent networking and is extremely cost-efficient and flexible due to reduced line routing and its compact design.

# Infinity by Crown
Best Tall Building under 100metres 2021 Award of Excellence

Congratulations to Crown Group, Koichi Takada Architects, Micos and everyone involved with this project.

Working collaboratively with the consultants and the facade contractor (Micos) we were able to provide a solution for the operation of the glass louvres in the common spaces. Paramount to the operation of the louvres was the fail-safe function in fire mode, EBSA selected the CPS-M Smoke Control Panels for this task with the added benefit of being able to offer natural ventilation functions without compromising the need for fail-safe operation. These dedicated Smoke Control panels are also able to connect directly to the BMS to provide the building manager with control of the louvres (for natural ventilation) and vital feedback on the status of the system.
